FUNDRAISING

  • Identify targets and fundraising timelines based on your organization’s goals

  • Develop specific, tailored strategies and ensure they are realistic and achievable.

  • Develop a fundraising plan for each specific strategy and type of funder.

  • Draft key messaging and tactics broken down by each type of funder and by their primary interests.

  • Research and develop a list of target donors by category

  • Write, design, and draft pitch decks, presentations, and one pagers tailored to each funder type and clearly defining the return on investment.

  • Create a  fundraising calendar and a plan for coordination with other strategies (i.e. communications and policy engagement).

STRATEGIC PLANNING

  • Review existing literature to understand the goals, objectives, organization and administration of your organization or a particular new venture or project.

  • Interview leaders and partners to further understand their vision for the organization/effort.

  • Draft a strategic plan that includes timelines, targets, goals, standards, procedures, and draft messaging.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  • Jump in with your team and ensure important projects and milestones are met.

  • Ensure your deliverables get across the finish line at or ahead of schedule.
