About the Event
(AGENDA) Finding (and eventually becoming) good mentors can be instrumental in facilitating career progression and satisfaction. Mentors can help you navigate complex institutions and reflect on your goals and journey, but how do you foster meaningful relationships or establish boundaries? How can you balance being a mentor and a mentee at the same time? We will hear from our panel on July 16th, and share tips and tricks from our own experiences as we network in breakout groups. In collaboration with the Women’s Aquatic Network (WAN), we’ll discuss how to foster productive relationships with mentors and build community in the aquatic sciences.
